Dave Cummings founded Cummings & Co. Realtors and currently serves as broker for the company. He singlehandedly founded the company in 2006 and has held every position since its inception, including broker, accountant, agent, contract review, and cleaning crew. As broker and under his leadership, Dave leads Cummings & Co. Realtors to continuous growth and real estate market share throughout the Maryland region.
